Error 8/12007 on 2nd IP Cam (BL-C1) viewing in Multi BL-C101

Hi,

I have successfully configure the static IP for both IP Camera for local and internet. However, trying to view multi screen on BL-C101 firmware give me an error message for my BL-C1 camera.

Below Set-up on my cameras.

Cam 1: BL-C101
Local: 192_168_1_101:82
Internet: xxx_dyndns_org:82

Cam 2: BL-C1
Local: 192_168_1_253:80
Intenet: xxxx_dyndns_org:80

Both IP static has been registered on my router.

However, now only able to view Cam 1 (local / Internet), while Cam 2 look dead, with AMBER led as opposed to GREEN led on Cam1.

If you have an amber light it means that the camera does not have a valid network connection.

Try using the easyconfig application on the CDROM to find out what IP address Cam 2 is on, it may have changed.

I have reset to factory default and detected the 2nd IP Cam (BL-C1) as 192.168.1.253 with the Intallation CD-ROM. I have updated it to include Port No 83, adn save for admin user name and password.

Then I have log in to my first camera (BL-C101) being the new camera, to add the 2nd Camera on multi page view, however still it did not work.

Currently my IP address for 1st Cam is routed to DynDns IP, instead of Viewnetcam..
