|
|
Just wanted to let everyone know about the release of our Total Control Software Suite which include video surveillance applications to view/control live video streams of ip cameras and video encoders (for dvr and analog support).
has plenty of videos, screenshots, compatibility lists, manuals, docs, etc.
Every interface except Iphone - Itouch has a free trial demo download for 10 days/2 cameras so try before you buy...the demos are located at the bottom of each subsection for your cellular device.
We are covering Android, Blackberry, Iphone - Itouch, and Windows Mobile currently.
Some highlights of the application (this one taken from bb multicam but all are similar):
* Support for multiple cellular interfaces (Android, Blackberry, Iphone - Itouch, & Windows Mobile)
* Single and multiple ip camera and video encoder stream support
* Support for 20 manufacturers and 170+ models.
* Video encoder support (selected models) for dvr & analog cameras
* Support for authentication
* Support for Pan, Tilt, & Zoom (not available on all models)
* Use of touchscreen, d-pad, sofkey, keyboard, & trackball (when available) to move camera
* Ability to change ip address and port as desired for internal and remote use.
* Direct stream support. No video going through 3rd party servers
* No monthly or annual subscription fee
* Support for landscape and portrait mode
* Function to easily change cameras while viewing. 'Previous Camera' and 'Next Camera' function in menu while viewing to automatically change camera.
* Function to automatically rotate through cameras based on time period. For instance set the application to rotate to the next camera every 30 seconds automatically
* Function to save jpg snapshot to local media
* Support for MJPG and JPG codecs as supported. Mjpg is preferred method of video streaming when supported. Jpg used for jpg refresh (when jpg not supported) and snapshot

We put up a Public Camera section under Contact Us for online cameras people can test the app against. This is good for people who don't have a camera but want to try out the app or for people who have a camera but want to try out a different one.

| This is very applicable these days for practically every individual relies on his mobile phone. What's more, having a security camera system or surveillance feature in your phone will lessen phone snatchers. |
