The core character of the IR Laser illuminator is low power consumption. The transmit rate of electricity to light of Laser is 65%, and has the low power consumption. 5. It has the high requirment of the lifespan and qulity of the front end, because all of the front end equipments are in the mountain and difficult to maintain. At present the biggest restrainning factor is the IR lights. The lifespan of LED is only 6-9months, and easy to light Attenuation. So the laser has the advantage in this situation. Here we should clarify at first that all the semiconductor products have the lifespan. The laser IR light’s life span is 8000-10000hours. Working with the photo-sensor, it will realize 25-30month. Besides it strictly sealed to have the character of dustproof, and rainproof.

In conclusion, the IR Laser light has the promising future in the forest firproof system, and can be well dealt with the problem of the night monitoring in the forest.
