I have several Sony IP cameras(snc-RZ30-N) and would like to know how to get the saved pictures out of the built in memory of the camera. I have my cameras set up to use their internal memory and take a pictures about every 10 minutes.Put I can not view pictures that are being saved

There should be an application on the CD-ROM which will allow you to view the images stored on the memory cards in the camera. Check your CD-ROM.

Connect the data line from your camera to PC with camera power on. Maybe you will need to install some software for the camera.

well there's a couple of things going on here.

1. how did you record the image to the memory? if you are using the snapshot button then you can right click on the snapshot page when you take it and 'save as' to save the picture to a local file.

2. you can turn on digest viewer under ftp section and it will create html and js files when pics are taken which you can open later on via the html page.

3. the manual states that you can setup the ftp section to download images directly to a file (at least on 30n model but should be the same).

Hi all,

Yeah i agree with the first point that Twilo123 made for this problem.
Well i guess the problem is not at all related with CD ROM because there is no option there.

Thanks.

One more;-
Did you use third party sigma lenses and did focus adjustment for them?
Sigma uses Minolta/Sony IDs and the camera overwrites the settings for this IDs. If you have bad luck the third party lens uses the lens ID of your original 50mm lens.
